PDS Service Based EDI (SBED) Document Turnaround (Coming Soon)

This video demonstrates how you can “turnaround” an inbound EDI purchase order into an EDI invoice.  With this feature, you save 90% of data entry, not to mention avoiding typos on long UPC and item numbers.  SBEDI takes information from an inbound document, and re-uses as much as possible to create a template outbound document.  Typically, you only enter just few items of information, and verify the rest, saving time and increasing accuracy of your outbound EDI data.

PDS Service Based EDI (SBED) PO / Remittance Advice Reconciliation report (Coming Soon)

This video demonstrates a unique feature requested by one of our customers.  The customer did not have the capability to reconcile inbound EDI purchase orders against inbound EDI remittance advice which contains payment information of orders.  SBEDI custom designed a report to simply show paid orders and unpaid orders so that the customer can quickly identify which orders were unpaid, and which orders were paid.

PDS Service Based EDI (SBEDI) Importing Invoice Flat Files into SBEDI To Mass Produce Outbound EDI Invoice (Coming Soon)

This video demonstrates a scenario where the customer’s back-end application has the capability to export invoices into SBEDI Invoice Flat File format.  The export flat files are uploaded to SBEDI secure FTP server, and SBEDI takes it from there.  The customer simply verifies the invoices to be transformed into EDI, and that’s it.  EDI invoices are automatically generated and sent outbound via SBEDI value added network.
